URS Midwest
Known as United Road Trucking, we are the largest asset-based finished vehicle logistics provider in North America, operating a fleet of company-owned and independent contractor trucks across a network of terminals and maintenance shops.

Our success is driven by strong leadership and deep industry expertise. The United Road executive team brings decades of logistics, automotive, and transportation experience to guide both United Road Logistics, LLC and URS Midwest, LLC.
Ryan Kraft
Chief Executive Officer
Ryan Kraft was appointed Chief Executive Officer of United Road in May 2025, bringing more than 15 years of leadership and innovation within the organization. Throughout his tenure, Ryan has played a pivotal role in shaping United Road’s success, steadily advancing through key roles in operations, technology, and finance.
Prior to becoming CEO, Ryan served as Chief Operating Officer, where he led efforts to enhance performance, streamline operations, and elevate customer satisfaction. He also previously held the role of Chief Digital Officer, spearheading major technology initiatives that modernized the company’s systems and strengthened its competitive edge. Earlier in his career at United Road, Ryan contributed in critical roles across IT, project management, and financial analysis—giving him a unique, 360-degree view of the business.
Ryan’s broad industry background spans automotive, logistics, and oil and gas, and his deep expertise in finance, operations, and digital transformation has been instrumental in driving continuous improvement throughout the company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University.
Dave Gann
Chief Financial Officer
Dave joined United Road as its Chief Financial Officer in charge of finance, treasury, payroll and administration in late 2017. With nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting and in various executive roles with Metaldyne, a global Tier 1 automotive supplier, Dave’s been responsible for all financial operations, planning and analysis, corporate divestitures and acquisitions, strategic planning and compliance, among other things.
Dave earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University.
Anthony Clevio
President of Logistics
Anthony is the President of United Road Logistics, LLC, where he leads the company’s asset-light logistics brokerage business serving customers across North America. He was appointed to this role following his impactful tenure as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, which he began after joining United Road in April 2024.
Anthony brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in complex global logistics, purchasing, and supply chain environments. Before United Road, he held executive roles in international logistics and purchasing at General Motors. His earlier career includes leadership positions in operations, network optimization, and analytics at an automotive 4PL, as well as client advisory roles across multiple industries at Deloitte Consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and an MBA from Wayne State University.
Ray Moran
President of Trucking
Ray was appointed President of Trucking in June 2025. He is responsible for leading United Road’s national fleet operations, equipment maintenance, and fleet procurement, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and scalability across the organization’s asset-based network.
Since joining United Road in 2016, Ray has held progressive leadership roles spanning brokerage operations, network planning, carrier management, and enterprise logistics strategy. Known for his data-driven approach and operational discipline, Ray has played a pivotal role in optimizing United Road’s carrier network and delivering sustained improvements in efficiency, service levels, and cost control.
Ray brings more than 14 years of logistics leadership experience to his role. Prior to joining United Road, he served as Executive Director of Logistics at Wilbanks Energy & Logistics, where he managed complex, heavy-haul, and crane transportation projects across the energy sector. Ray is recognized for his ability to blend quantitative insight with practical execution, empowering teams and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Anita Felcher
Vice President, Finance & Controller
Anita has a wide variety of financial experience in several industries, including most recently with The Spar Group as the Corporate Controller. Anita has over 23 years experience with accounting, finance, budgets and other financial responsibilities.
Anita began her career a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Walsh College.
Eric Madison
Senior Vice President, People & Safety
Eric joined United Road in April 2012 to lead our Human Resources initiatives. He has over 20 years in trucking; working in industry niches including less-than-truckload, full-truckload, team expedite, flatbed, heavy-haul and over-dimensional freight. Within transportation, Eric has held leadership positions in many disciplines including operations, business development, safety, recruiting, and human resources.
Eric holds an undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University and an MBA in Human Resources from Ashland University.
Vickey Patterson
Vice President, Administration
Vickey has over 20 years of logistics administration experience in the car haul industry. Prior to her current position, she served as Manager of Central Administration and Site Controller for the Northeast region. Between 1990 and 1999, Vickey served as Controller and MIS Director for MPG Transco, a Michigan based transport company.
Vickey earned a Bachelor of Arts from Cleary University.
Nathan Manni
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Nathan brings over two decades of legal expertise to his role. Since joining the company in 2018, Nathan is responsible for legal strategy and compliance across all United Road entities and business operations. Before joining United Road, Nathan was managing partner at Cohen, Manni, Theune & Manni LLP for 11 years, practicing corporate law and business litigation.
Nathan holds a Bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Whitman College and earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor.
